The AirCurve 10 VAuto (Certified Pre-Owned) is an auto-adjusting bilevel (BiPAP) device for obstructive sleep apnea in patients over 66 lb. It runs three modes — VAuto 4–25, S 3–25 and CPAP 4–20 cmH₂O — using the AutoSet algorithm with the Easy-Breathe waveform. It includes an integrated heated HumidAir humidifier, runs at about 27 dBA and accepts up to 4 L/min of supplemental oxygen. American Oxygen inspects, tests and reconditions each unit, installs a new filter, and backs it with a 1-year warranty by American Oxygen — not the manufacturer. A prescription is required. What does Certified Pre-Owned mean?
Each unit is inspected, tested and reconditioned by our technicians, fitted with a new filter, and backed by a 1-year warranty by American Oxygen. Low hours, cleaned and sanitised.
Is the warranty from the manufacturer?
No. The 1-year warranty is provided by American Oxygen, not the manufacturer. If you want the full 2-year factory warranty, buy the new AirCurve 10 VAuto instead — we sell both.
Is the therapy any different from the new one?
No. Same device, same modes, same pressure range, same humidifier. What differs is that this one was previously in service and reconditioned, and the warranty is ours rather than the factory’s.
Does it have a backup rate?
No. A VAuto responds to breaths you take; it will not deliver a timed breath if you stop breathing. If your prescription sets a backup or respiratory rate, you need the AirCurve 10 ST — call us before you buy this one.
Can I use oxygen with it?
Yes — up to 4 L/min in all modes. If you need more than that, the AirCurve 11 VAuto accepts up to 15 L/min; tell us and we’ll point you there.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. A bilevel is a prescription medical device and the pressures come from your clinician. Send it over and we set the machine to those numbers at no extra cost.
Does it come with a mask?
No — masks are personal and sold separately. Add any compatible mask here and take 10% off that mask, or buy the machine on its own and choose later.
