Is bilevel what you were prescribed?
The AirCurve 11 VAuto is the current generation of the auto-adjusting bilevel (BiPAP): a higher pressure to breathe in, a lower one to breathe out, moving breath by breath while your pressure support stays steady.

The AirCurve 11 VAuto is the current-generation auto-adjusting bilevel (BiPAP) device for obstructive sleep apnea in patients over 66 lb. In VAuto it runs IPAP 4–25 and EPAP 4–25 cmH₂O with 0–10 cmH₂O of pressure support and a ceiling of 25; it also runs S and CPAP modes. It has a colour touchscreen, an integrated heated HumidAir 11 humidifier, runs at 26 dBA, weighs 2.7 lb and accepts up to 15 L/min of supplemental oxygen. A prescription is required. It ships new in box from Doral, FL with the full 2-year manufacturer warranty, free U.S. shipping over $99, and you can add the heated ClimateLineAir 11 tube and any compatible mask at 10% off.

Quick pick: all three deliver the same auto bilevel therapy and none has a backup rate. Buy this one for the newest hardware with the full factory warranty; the AirCurve 10 if you want to spend less and don’t use oxygen; the Certified Pre-Owned 11 if price decides it and a 1-year American Oxygen warranty is enough.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between this and the AirCurve 10 VAuto?
The therapy is the same auto bilevel. The 11 is quieter (26 dBA against about 27), uses a touchscreen instead of a dial, and accepts up to 15 L/min of supplemental oxygen where the 10 tops out at 4 L/min. If you use oxygen with your bilevel, that last one is the difference that matters.
Do I need the heated tube?
Not to start. The standard tube is included. The heated ClimateLineAir 11 adds Climate Control, which keeps the air at a set temperature and humidity — most people who get rainout or a dry nose in winter end up wanting it. You can add it here or later.
What is the difference between VAuto and S mode?
In S mode your clinician presets both pressures and they stay fixed all night. In VAuto the machine keeps your pressure support constant and moves the baseline up and down as your airway needs it. Most people are prescribed VAuto; the machine does both.
Does it have a backup rate?
No. A VAuto responds to breaths you take; it will not deliver a timed breath if you stop breathing. If your prescription sets a backup or respiratory rate in breaths per minute, you need the AirCurve 10 ST instead — call us before you buy.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. A bilevel is a prescription medical device and the pressures come from your clinician. Send it over and we set the machine to those numbers at no extra cost.
Does it come with a mask?
No — masks are personal and sold separately. Add any compatible mask here and take 10% off that mask. Bilevel pressures run higher than CPAP, so mouth leak matters more; many VAuto users end up in a full face mask.
Can I travel or fly with it?
It’s a home machine with a humidifier, but it is airline-friendly and fits in a carry-on — PAP devices don’t count toward your carry-on limit on U.S. airlines. Empty the humidifier before you fly.
