In short — how our repair service works

How to get your device repaired

  • What we fix → oxygen concentrators (portable & home) and CPAP/BiPAP machines. Not listed? Ask us — we can usually help.
  • How it works → send photos/video of the issue, ship it in (free label for portable units), and we send a clear repair estimate as soon as our technicians finish the diagnostic. Approved repairs are turned around quickly.
  • What it costs → no upfront charge. A $70 evaluation fee applies — waived and included in your invoice if you approve the repair.

Every repair is backed by a 30–90 day warranty (depending on the device). If a repair would cost more than a replacement, we'll offer fair trade-in credit toward a certified refurbished unit. Call (786) 755-8063 and our Miami team will walk you through it.

Transparent pricing

Honest, upfront pricing — no surprises

We never charge to receive or evaluate your machine upfront. A flat $70 evaluation & testing fee keeps it fair — and it's waived when you repair.

The $70 evaluation fee, explained

It covers technician labor for equipment intake & handling, opening the machine & internal diagnostics, and bench testing & technician time.

  • Waived & included in your final invoice when you approve the repair.
  • Charged only if you decline the estimate and want the unrepaired unit returned.

Bottom line: if we fix it, the $70 comes off your bill. Chat with us or call with any questions.

Trade-In & buy-back

Sometimes replacing beats repairing — and we'll buy your unit

Two situations come up a lot. In both, we make sure you're never left stuck with a device you can't use:

Often cheaper

A certified pre-owned unit can cost less than the repair

For many machines, a fully-tested certified refurbished unit is more affordable than fixing the old one — so replacing it simply makes more sense.

Parts discontinued

The parts for your model aren't available

On older or discontinued models, replacement parts can't always be sourced — new or used — so the repair can't be completed or backed by a warranty.

Our offer

We buy your device and credit it toward a replacement

Instead of leaving you stuck, we buy your unit and apply it as credit toward a certified refurbished machine.

Typical trade-in credit

Indicative ranges only — the final offer always depends on brand, model and condition, and every unit is evaluated individually:

Oxygen concentrators

Non-working unit$50–$300
Working unit$200–$600

CPAP / BiPAP

Non-working machine$20–$50
Working machine$50–$100

Want to know what your unit is worth? Ask about a trade-in → or call (786) 755-8063 and we'll give you a fair, upfront offer.

FAQ

Repair Center — frequently asked questions

What devices do you repair?
We repair oxygen concentrators (portable and home units) and CPAP/BiPAP machines from brands like Inogen, OxyGo, Rhythm, ResMed, Philips, Drive, React Health and more. If your device isn't listed, contact us — we can usually still help.
How much does a repair cost?
There's no upfront charge to receive or evaluate your machine. A flat $70 evaluation & testing fee applies to every inspection — and it is waived and included in your final invoice if you approve the repair. The repair cost itself depends on the device and parts; you'll get a clear estimate first.
What is the $70 evaluation fee for?
It covers technician labor: equipment intake and handling, opening the machine and running internal diagnostics, and bench testing. It's waived if you proceed with the repair, and only charged if you decline the estimate and ask for the unrepaired unit back.
How long does a repair take?
After your unit arrives at our Miami facility, we send a repair estimate as soon as our technicians finish the diagnostic. Approved repairs are turned around as quickly as possible, then tested and returned to you.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair is backed by a 30 to 90-day warranty, depending on the device and the work performed.
Do you offer free shipping for the diagnostic?
For portable units we provide a free shipping label for the diagnostic. There are no upfront costs — you only pay if you approve the repair.
What if the repair costs more than a new device?
In that case we'll offer you a trade-in: apply your existing device as credit toward a certified refurbished unit. We evaluate your machine and offer fair market credit based on its condition and parts.
