How to get your device repaired

  • What we fix → oxygen concentrators (portable & home) and CPAP/BiPAP machines. Not listed? Ask us — we can usually help.
  • How it works → send photos/video of the issue, ship it in (free label for portable units), and we send a clear repair estimate as soon as our technicians finish the diagnostic. Approved repairs are turned around quickly.
  • What it costs → nothing due up front. A $60 evaluation fee applies to every unit — pay at drop-off or on completion. If you approve the repair, the $60 is your labor charge, not an extra cost.

Honest, upfront pricing — no surprises

We don't ask for payment when you drop your machine off. A flat $60 evaluation & testing fee applies to every unit — and if you approve the repair, it's your labor charge, not an add-on.

The $60 evaluation fee, explained

It covers technician labor for equipment intake & handling, opening the machine & internal diagnostics, and bench testing & technician time.

  • Applied to your labor charge when you approve the repair — it is not an additional cost.
  • Still due if you decline the estimate and want the unrepaired unit back. The fee is non-refundable either way.
  • Payable at drop-off or when the work is done — nothing is required up front.

Bottom line: the $60 covers the diagnostic either way; if we fix it, that $60 is the labor on your bill. Chat with us or call with any questions.

Before you drop off your equipment

  • Nothing is repaired without your approval. You get a written estimate first — work starts only when you say yes.
  • Payment in full is required before the equipment is released or shipped back.
  • Equipment left unclaimed for more than 90 days after we send the estimate or finish the repair may be considered abandoned and disposed of, recycled or sold to recover storage costs. After 120 days the customer forfeits all claims to it. We document every attempt to reach you.

For many machines, a fully-tested certified refurbished unit is more affordable than fixing the old one — so replacing it simply makes more sense.

Parts discontinued

The parts for your model aren't available

On older or discontinued models, replacement parts can't always be sourced — new or used — so the repair can't be completed or backed by a warranty.

What devices do you repair?
We repair oxygen concentrators (portable and home units) and CPAP/BiPAP machines from brands like Inogen, OxyGo, Rhythm, ResMed, Philips, Drive, React Health and more. If your device isn't listed, contact us — we can usually still help.
How much does a repair cost?
Nothing is due when you drop your machine off — you can pay at intake or when the work is done. A flat $60 evaluation & testing fee applies to every unit we inspect, and it is charged whether or not you approve the repair. If you approve it, the $60 becomes the labor charge on your invoice — not an extra cost. Parts and any additional labor are quoted in the estimate first.

Do you offer free shipping for the diagnostic?
For portable units we provide a free inbound shipping label. Nothing is due when you send it in; the $60 evaluation fee is billed at intake or on completion, whether or not you approve the repair.
What if the repair costs more than a new device?
In that case we'll offer you a trade-in: apply your existing device as credit toward a certified refurbished unit. We evaluate your machine and offer fair market credit based on its condition and parts.
