What does Certified Pre-Owned actually mean here?
It means the unit was used, and we reconditioned it: tested through its therapy modes, cleaned, sanitized, and shipped with new tubing and filter. It is not a box that was simply opened — that’s what we call Open Box, and we label it separately.
How many hours does it have?
It varies by unit. Ask us before you order at (786) 755-8063 and we’ll read you the hour meter on the exact machine we’d ship you.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes — a CPAP is a prescription medical device. Have your prescription ready and follow the settings your doctor ordered. We help with setup, but the therapy is directed by your clinician.
Does it come with a mask?
No — masks are personal and sold separately. Add a compatible mask here and take 10% off that mask, or buy the machine on its own and pick a mask later.
Why is it cheaper than the AutoSet version?
Because it holds one pressure instead of adjusting inside a range. If your prescription names a single number, the auto-adjusting feature adds cost and does nothing for you.
