What does Certified Pre-Owned mean?
Each unit is inspected, tested and reconditioned by our technicians, fitted with a new filter, and backed by a 1-year warranty by American Oxygen. Low hours, cleaned and sanitised.
Is the warranty from the manufacturer?
No. The 1-year warranty is provided by American Oxygen, not the manufacturer. If you want the full 2-year factory warranty, buy the new unit instead — we sell both.
Is it automatic or a fixed pressure?
It runs AutoSet — it auto-adjusts pressure breath by breath within the range your doctor prescribes. It can also be set to a single fixed CPAP pressure if your clinician prefers.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes — a CPAP is a prescription medical device. Have your prescription ready and follow the settings your doctor ordered. We help with setup, but the therapy is directed by your clinician.
Does it come with a mask?
No — masks are personal and sold separately. Add a compatible mask here and take 10% off that mask, or buy the machine on its own and pick a mask later.
Is it noisy? Will it bother my partner?
At 26.6 dBA it’s about as quiet as a whisper. The built-in humidifier also makes the air gentler on your nose and throat.
Can I travel or fly with it?
It’s a home CPAP, not a travel unit. For flying you’d want a travel CPAP such as the AirMini or the Transcend Micro — we carry those and can help you compare.

Once you are there your life will change for the better. If you have atendency to slack your jaw during the night I recommend a full face mask.
