⚠ Two things to check before you buy
First whether ST is what your prescription says, then what “Certified Pre-Owned” means here. The ST is the bilevel that will breathe for you: in ST and T modes it delivers a breath if one doesn’t arrive on time.
This is the cheapest way to get a backup rate from us — the same machine as the new ST, inspected before it ships, for a good deal less.
The AirCurve 10 ST (Certified Pre-Owned) is a bilevel device with a timed backup rate, indicated for obstructive sleep apnea in patients over 66 lb. It runs CPAP, S, ST and T modes — 3–25 cmH₂O in S/ST/T and 4–20 cmH₂O in CPAP — so in ST and T it delivers a breath if you don’t take one. It accepts up to 15 L/min of supplemental oxygen, includes an integrated heated HumidAir humidifier, runs at about 27 dBA and weighs 2.75 lb. American Oxygen inspects, tests and reconditions each unit, installs a new filter, and backs it with a 1-year warranty by American Oxygen — not the manufacturer. A prescription is required. Ships from Doral, FL with free U.S. shipping over $99 and any compatible mask at 10% off.
Certified Pre-Owned or new — and do you even need the ST?

Quick pick: if your prescription sets a rate in breaths per minute, this is the least you can spend with us and still get it. If it doesn’t, buy the VAuto instead — it costs less again and does the therapy you were actually prescribed.

Frequently asked questions
What does the “backup rate” actually do?
In ST and T modes the machine expects a breath every so many seconds. If that breath doesn’t come, it delivers one for you at the pressure your clinician set. A VAuto never does that. If your prescription sets a rate in breaths per minute, that setting only exists on a machine like this one.
What does Certified Pre-Owned mean?
Each unit is inspected, tested and reconditioned by our technicians, fitted with a new filter, and backed by a 1-year warranty by American Oxygen. Low hours, cleaned and sanitised.
Is the warranty from the manufacturer?
No. The 1-year warranty is provided by American Oxygen, not the manufacturer. If you want the full 2-year factory warranty, buy the new AirCurve 10 ST instead — we sell both.
How do I know if I need the ST and not the VAuto?
Look for words like ST, T, backup rate, respiratory rate or a number followed by bpm. Two pressures alone — “IPAP 20 / EPAP 12” — usually point to the VAuto, which costs less again. Read it to us and we’ll tell you honestly.
Can I use oxygen with it?
Yes — up to 15 L/min in CPAP, S, ST and T modes. Turn the machine on and let the air flow before opening the oxygen; close the oxygen first when you finish.
Does it come with a mask?
No — masks are personal and sold separately. Add any compatible mask here and take 10% off that mask. ST pressures are usually high, so most users end up in a full face mask.
Can I travel or fly with it?
It’s a home machine with a humidifier, but it is airline-friendly and fits in a carry-on — PAP devices don’t count toward your carry-on limit on U.S. airlines. Empty the humidifier before you fly.
A backup rate, for the least we can sell it.
Tell us what your prescription says. If the ST is what you need, we’ll set it up and help you pick the mask. If it isn’t, we’ll point you to the cheaper machine.
