Frequently asked questions
What does “authorized dealer” get me?
React Health is one of the brands we are authorized for. In practice: the warranty is claimed through us, the parts are genuine and in stock here, and if something fails you deal with our team in Doral rather than being sent to the manufacturer on your own. We say “authorized” only where it is true — on other brands we sell genuine equipment without that relationship, and we say so.
What is the difference between S and AutoS?
In S mode your clinician presets both pressures — IPAP to breathe in, EPAP to breathe out — and they stay fixed. In AutoS the machine keeps the difference between them and moves both up and down inside the range your clinician set, responding to your night. Most people are prescribed AutoS.
Does it have a backup rate?
No. The Luna G3 25A responds to breaths you take; it will not deliver a timed breath if you stop breathing. If your prescription sets a backup or respiratory rate in breaths per minute, you need the AirCurve 10 ST instead — call us and we’ll sort it out before you buy.
Is it really quieter?
Its rated sound pressure is under 26 dB measured at 10 cmH₂O, against about 27 dBA for the AirCurve 10 with humidification. That is a small difference on paper and a real one at 3 a.m. next to someone who sleeps lightly.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. A bilevel is a prescription medical device and the pressures come from your clinician. Send it over and we set the machine to those numbers at no extra cost. Masks, tubing and filters ship without a prescription.
Does it come with a mask?
No — masks are personal and sold separately. Add any compatible mask here and take 10% off that mask, or buy the machine alone and choose later.
Can I travel or fly with it?
It’s a home machine with a humidifier, but it is airline-friendly and fits in a carry-on — PAP devices don’t count toward your carry-on limit on U.S. airlines. Empty the water chamber before you fly.
