The DreamWisp — nothing in front of your face
Philips took DreamWear’s top-of-the-head hose and paired it with Wisp’s proven over-the-nose cushion. The result is a nasal mask with a clear field of view and no tube down the front — and the FitPack ships with Small, Medium and Large cushions plus headgear.
Genuine Philips Respironics · no prescription needed for a mask · free U.S. shipping over $99.
Why the DreamWisp
Air routes through the frame and the tube connects at the crown, so there’s nothing across your line of sight and nothing to fight when you roll over.
The over-the-nose cushion self-adjusts as you move, holding the seal without you tightening the straps down.
Small, Medium and Large in the box, plus the 4-point headgear. You dial the fit in on day one.
Three cushion sizes, all in the box
Dial in the fit on the first night.
Why this matters more than it sounds. The most common reason a CPAP mask gets abandoned is a bad seal, and the most common reason for a bad seal is the wrong cushion size. Cushion size has nothing to do with how big you are — it’s the shape of your face. Having every size in the box removes the guess, and the return.
Made for movers
Two things that keep the seal when you don’t sleep still.
A nasal mask seals around the nose, not inside it. It spreads the pressure over more surface than pillows do, which is why many people find it more comfortable at higher prescribed pressures — as long as you breathe through your nose while you sleep.
Will it fit my machine?
Standard connection — no adapter, no proprietary parts.
The DreamWisp uses the universal 22 mm hose connection, so it works with standard CPAP and BiPAP machines. The one exception across our whole mask range is the AirMini, which needs its own mask-family setup pack — if that’s your machine, call us before you order.

What’s included
- DreamWisp frame with in-frame airflow
- 4-point headgear with magnetic clips
- Cushions in three sizes — Small, Medium and Large
- User guide
Replacement cushions are sold separately — they’re the part that wears out, and they cost a fraction of a new mask.
Genuine Philips Respironics — and no prescription needed
This is genuine original equipment — not a copy and not a compatible-brand cushion. Masks, cushions, headgear and tubing don’t require a prescription in the U.S. — only the CPAP or BiPAP machine does. A copy cushion never seals like the original, and on a mask, sealing is the entire job.
