The DreamWear Under Nose — nothing on the bridge, nothing in your view
The under-the-nose cushion that started the DreamWear line: it seals at the base of your nose rather than over it, and the hose connects at the top of your head. The FitPack ships with Small, Medium and Large cushions.
Genuine Philips Respironics · no prescription needed for a mask · free U.S. shipping over $99.
Why the DreamWear Under Nose
Nothing across the bridge of your nose means no red marks and no morning soreness in the spot that usually gets it.
Nothing in front of your eyes. You can read, watch TV or wear glasses with the mask already fitted — which makes the bedtime routine stick.
The tube leaves from the crown, so turning over at night doesn’t drag the mask sideways and break the seal.
Three cushion sizes, all in the box
Try them, keep the one that seals.
Why this matters more than it sounds. The most common reason a CPAP mask gets abandoned is a bad seal, and the most common reason for a bad seal is the wrong cushion size. Cushion size has nothing to do with how big you are — it’s the shape of your face. Having every size in the box removes the guess, and the return.
Minimal contact, maximum freedom
What the DreamWear frame is for.
A nasal mask seals around the nose, not inside it. It spreads the pressure over more surface than pillows do, which is why many people find it more comfortable at higher prescribed pressures — as long as you breathe through your nose while you sleep.
Will it fit my machine?
Standard connection — no adapter, no proprietary parts.
The DreamWear Under Nose uses the universal 22 mm hose connection, so it works with standard CPAP and BiPAP machines. The one exception across our whole mask range is the AirMini, which needs its own mask-family setup pack — if that’s your machine, call us before you order.

What’s included
- DreamWear frame with in-frame airflow
- Under-the-nose cushions in three sizes — Small, Medium and Large
- Headgear · user guide
Replacement cushions are sold separately — they’re the part that wears out, and they cost a fraction of a new mask.
Genuine Philips Respironics — and no prescription needed
This is genuine original equipment — not a copy and not a compatible-brand cushion. Masks, cushions, headgear and tubing don’t require a prescription in the U.S. — only the CPAP or BiPAP machine does. A copy cushion never seals like the original, and on a mask, sealing is the entire job.
