Why the Rio II Nasal Pillows
Among the lightest CPAP interfaces made. If mask weight has been the thing keeping you awake, this is the number that changes it.
Nothing tall, nothing across your eyes. You can read or watch TV with it already fitted, which makes the bedtime routine a lot easier to keep.

Why this matters more than it sounds. The most common reason a CPAP mask gets abandoned is a bad seal, and the most common reason for a bad seal is the wrong cushion size. Cushion size has nothing to do with how big you are — it’s the shape of your face. Having every size in the box removes the guess, and the return.
Light, simple, out of the way
The two numbers that matter here.
Nasal pillows seal inside the nostrils instead of resting across your face, so there’s no cushion on the bridge of your nose and far less surface to break loose. That’s why they’re usually the right answer for beards, glasses and side sleeping.
Will it fit my machine?
Standard connection — no adapter, no proprietary parts.
The Rio II Nasal Pillows uses the universal 22 mm hose connection, so it works with standard CPAP and BiPAP machines. The one exception across our whole mask range is the AirMini, which needs its own mask-family setup pack — if that’s your machine, call us before you order.
