DreamWear Silicone Pillows — the frame that routes air, not a tube on your face
Nasal pillows on the DreamWear frame: the air travels through the frame itself and the hose connects at the top of your head. Nothing crosses your face, and the Fit Pack ships with Small, Medium and Large pillows.
Genuine Philips Respironics · no prescription needed for a mask · free U.S. shipping over $99.
Why the DreamWear Silicone Pillows
The tube sits at the crown of your head, not across your chest. You can sleep on your side, read, or watch TV with the mask already on.
Small, Medium and Large silicone pillows in the box. You settle the fit yourself on the first night.
Because the hose leaves from the top, turning over doesn’t drag the mask off its seal — which is the usual reason people wake up.
Three pillow sizes, all in the box
Try them, keep the one that seals.
Why this matters more than it sounds. The most common reason a CPAP mask gets abandoned is a bad seal, and the most common reason for a bad seal is the wrong cushion size. Cushion size has nothing to do with how big you are — it’s the shape of your face. Having every size in the box removes the guess, and the return.
Made for people who move
What the frame design actually buys you.
Nasal pillows seal inside the nostrils instead of resting across your face, so there’s no cushion on the bridge of your nose and far less surface to break loose. That’s why they’re usually the right answer for beards, glasses and side sleeping.
Will it fit my machine?
Standard connection — no adapter, no proprietary parts.
The DreamWear Silicone Pillows uses the universal 22 mm hose connection, so it works with standard CPAP and BiPAP machines. The one exception across our whole mask range is the AirMini, which needs its own mask-family setup pack — if that’s your machine, call us before you order.

What’s included
- DreamWear frame with in-frame airflow
- Silicone nasal pillows in three sizes — Small, Medium and Large
- Headgear · user guide
Replacement cushions are sold separately — they’re the part that wears out, and they cost a fraction of a new mask.
Genuine Philips Respironics — and no prescription needed
This is genuine original equipment — not a copy and not a compatible-brand cushion. Masks, cushions, headgear and tubing don’t require a prescription in the U.S. — only the CPAP or BiPAP machine does. A copy cushion never seals like the original, and on a mask, sealing is the entire job.
