The Solo Nasal — the mask you stretch on and stop adjusting
The world’s first AutoFit™ mask: you stretch it on like a cap and it sets itself. AutoLock™ headgear holds it there and responds to your movement instead of loosening — and the FitPack includes all three cushion sizes.
Genuine Fisher & Paykel · no prescription needed for a mask · free U.S. shipping over $99.
Why the Solo Nasal
No straps to balance at midnight. You pull it on, it adapts to your face, and that’s the fitting done.
It reacts to your movement through the night, holding the seal instead of loosening off it — which is what causes the 3 a.m. leak.
Small, Medium and Large in the box. You settle the fit on night one instead of ordering again.
Three cushion sizes, all in the box
Try them, keep the one that seals.
Why this matters more than it sounds. The most common reason a CPAP mask gets abandoned is a bad seal, and the most common reason for a bad seal is the wrong cushion size. Cushion size has nothing to do with how big you are — it’s the shape of your face. Having every size in the box removes the guess, and the return.
Simple to fit, steady all night
Two technologies doing one job.
A nasal mask seals around the nose, not inside it. It spreads the pressure over more surface than pillows do, which is why many people find it more comfortable at higher prescribed pressures — as long as you breathe through your nose while you sleep.
Will it fit my machine?
Standard connection — no adapter, no proprietary parts.
The Solo Nasal uses the universal 22 mm hose connection, so it works with standard CPAP and BiPAP machines. The one exception across our whole mask range is the AirMini, which needs its own mask-family setup pack — if that’s your machine, call us before you order.

What’s included
- Solo Nasal frame with AutoLock™ headgear
- Cushions in three sizes — Small, Medium and Large
- User guide
Replacement cushions are sold separately — they’re the part that wears out, and they cost a fraction of a new mask.
Genuine Fisher & Paykel — and no prescription needed
This is genuine original equipment — not a copy and not a compatible-brand cushion. Masks, cushions, headgear and tubing don’t require a prescription in the U.S. — only the CPAP or BiPAP machine does. A copy cushion never seals like the original, and on a mask, sealing is the entire job.
