Why this matters more than it sounds. The most common reason a CPAP mask gets abandoned is a bad seal, and the most common reason for a bad seal is the wrong cushion size. Cushion size has nothing to do with how big you are — it’s the shape of your face. Having every size in the box removes the guess, and the return.

Nasal pillows seal inside the nostrils instead of resting across your face, so there’s no cushion on the bridge of your nose and far less surface to break loose. That’s why they’re usually the right answer for beards, glasses and side sleeping.

Will it fit my machine?

Standard connection — no adapter, no proprietary parts.

The AirFit P30i uses the universal 22 mm hose connection, so it works with standard CPAP and BiPAP machines. The one exception across our whole mask range is the AirMini, which needs its own mask-family setup pack — if that’s your machine, call us before you order.

Genuine original equipment — and no prescription needed

This is genuine original equipment — not a copy and not a compatible-brand cushion. Masks, cushions, headgear and tubing don’t require a prescription in the U.S. — only the CPAP or BiPAP machine does. A copy cushion never seals like the original, and on a mask, sealing is the entire job.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a prescription for this mask?

No. Masks, cushions, headgear, tubing and filters ship without a prescription. Only the CPAP or BiPAP machine itself requires one.

P10 or P30i?

Same idea, different hose. The P10’s tube connects in front; the P30i’s connects at the top of your head. If you sleep on your side or the front hose has always bothered you, pay the difference for the P30i.

Which frame size — Small or Standard?

Frame size follows the size of your head, not your nose — the pillow sizes are separate and all three are in the box. If you were fitted at a clinic, use what they gave you; otherwise Standard fits most adults.

I sleep on my side / I have a beard. Is this a good choice?

Yes — nasal pillows are the type we point side sleepers and beards toward. They seal inside the nostrils rather than on your face, so facial hair gets in the way far less and there’s very little surface to break loose when you turn over.

Will it work with my CPAP?

Yes, if your machine uses the standard 22 mm hose connection — which nearly all do. The exception is the AirMini, which requires its own setup pack. Call us if that’s your machine.

It leaks. What do I do first?

Loosen the headgear, don’t tighten it — over-tightening deforms the cushion and makes leaks worse. Reseat it with the machine running, and if it still leaks, try the next size. Still stuck? Call us.
