What “Open Box” means here — and what it doesn’t
Open Box is not the same as Certified Pre-Owned. These units were opened for photography, a showroom display or a demo. They were never used on a patient.
It is the same machine as the new Luna G3 25A, from a brand we are an authorized dealer for — and it is the least you can spend on an auto bilevel with us.
The Luna G3 25A (Open Box) is an auto bilevel device for adult obstructive sleep apnea in patients over 66 lb — opened for display or photography and never used on a patient, not refurbished. It runs CPAP, AutoCPAP, S and AutoS modes across 4–25 cmH₂O in 0.5 cmH₂O steps, with Reslex exhale relief and a ramp. It has an integrated heated humidifier with a 360 mL chamber, optional heated tubing, an SD card, runs at under 26 dB and weighs 3.75 lb. A prescription is required. American Oxygen is an authorized React Health dealer, and this unit carries a 2-year warranty by American Oxygen. Ships from Doral, FL with any compatible mask at 10% off.

Frequently asked questions
Is Open Box the same as refurbished?
No. Refurbished (Certified Pre-Owned) means the machine was used by someone, then inspected and reconditioned. Open Box means the carton was opened — for a photo shoot, a showroom or a demo — and the machine was never put into service on a patient. Different things, and we price them differently.
Why is it discounted if it was never used?
Because we can no longer sell it as sealed. That is the entire reason. The therapy, the hours and the filter are the same as a new unit.
What warranty does it carry?
A 2-year warranty by American Oxygen. If you want coverage that comes from the factory instead, buy the new Luna G3 25A — we sell both.
Does it have a backup rate?
No. The Luna G3 25A responds to breaths you take; it will not deliver a timed breath if you stop breathing. If your prescription sets a backup or respiratory rate, you need the AirCurve 10 ST instead — call us and we’ll sort it out before you buy.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. A bilevel is a prescription medical device and the pressures come from your clinician. Send it over and we set the machine to those numbers at no extra cost.
Does it come with a mask?
No — masks are personal and sold separately. Add any compatible mask here and take 10% off that mask, or buy the machine on its own and choose later.
