The React Health Numa full face CPAP mask — one silicone seal for nose and mouth, in three sizes
The Numa covers your nose and mouth with a silicone cushion, rests on an adjustable forehead pad, and connects to your machine through a 22 mm elbow built into the frame. It’s rated for CPAP or bilevel from 3 to 40 cm H₂O, and you choose Small, Medium or Large from a single measurement of your face. When a part wears, the Numa cushion and the Numa headgear are sold separately.
Authorized React Health · no prescription needed for a mask · free U.S. shipping over $99.
Why the Numa Full Face
The part that touches your face is silicone and seals around your nose and mouth. Above it, an adjustable pad rests on your forehead to steady the mask, and it slides out of its slot in the frame when you clean it. The mask is not made with natural rubber latex.
The 22 mm elbow, its anti-asphyxia valve and the swivel are one assembly fixed to the frame — they don’t come apart, so there are fewer small pieces to remove, wash and lose. Your hose connects to the swivel.
Exhaled air leaves through the mask’s vent holes. The manual lists 20 dBA sound pressure level at 1 m and 28 dBA sound power level, each ±3 dBA.
Pick your size with one measurement
The manual sizes the Numa by a single distance on your face, called H.
How to measure. With a ruler or a soft tape, measure the distance the manual labels H. As we read the sizing drawing in the manual, it runs from the level of your closed eyes down to just below your lower lip. Small is 3.15 to 3.54 in (8.0–9.0 cm), Medium is over 3.54 up to 3.94 in (9.0–10.0 cm), and Large is over 3.94 up to 4.53 in (10.0–11.5 cm). The manual gives inches; the centimeters are our conversion. Exactly 3.54 in is a Small, and exactly 3.94 in is a Medium. Still not sure? Call us before you order.
Two numbers to know before you order
Straight from the manufacturer’s manual.
A full face mask seals around your mouth as well as your nose, so therapy keeps working even when you breathe through your mouth or your nose is blocked. Which mask type fits your therapy is your sleep provider’s call — we’re happy to help you compare.
Will it fit my machine?
CPAP or bilevel, through a standard 22 mm elbow.
The manufacturer rates the Numa for positive airway pressure machines such as CPAP or bilevel, from 3 to 40 cm H₂O, and it connects through a standard 22 mm elbow. That includes the React Health machines we carry: the Luna G3 auto CPAP and the Luna G3 25A BPAP bilevel. The manufacturer doesn’t publish a list of machine models, so if yours uses its own mask connection — a travel machine such as the AirMini, for example — call us before you order.

Authorized React Health — and no prescription needed
American Oxygen is an authorized React Health dealer. This is a genuine React Health mask. Masks, cushions, headgear and tubing don’t require a prescription in the U.S. — only the CPAP or BiPAP machine does. A copy cushion may not seal like the original, and on a mask, sealing is the entire job.
