The F30i takes the F30’s under-the-nose cushion and put the hose on a 360° swivel at the top of your head. Nothing on the nasal bridge, nothing across your face — the two things that make a full face mask hard to live with.

Why the AirFit F30i

Top-of-head swivel tube

The hose leaves from the crown and rotates with you. Side sleeping stops pulling the mask off its seal, which is where most full face leaks come from.

Under-the-nose cushion

No cushion on the bridge, so no red mark there in the morning. It also keeps your view completely open.

Frame and cushion sized separately

Three frame sizes and three cushion sizes, chosen independently — so a narrow head with a wide nose is still a fit you can get right.

A full face mask covers nose and mouth, so your therapy keeps working even when you breathe through your mouth or your nose is blocked. It’s the type prescribed most often for mouth breathers, chronic congestion and higher pressures.

Will it fit my machine?

Standard connection — no adapter, no proprietary parts.

The AirFit F30i uses the universal 22 mm hose connection, so it works with standard CPAP and BiPAP machines. The one exception across our whole mask range is the AirMini, which needs its own mask-family setup pack — if that’s your machine, call us before you order.

Genuine original equipment — and no prescription needed

This is genuine original equipment — not a copy and not a compatible-brand cushion. Masks, cushions, headgear and tubing don’t require a prescription in the U.S. — only the CPAP or BiPAP machine does. A copy cushion never seals like the original, and on a mask, sealing is the entire job.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a prescription for this mask?

No. Masks, cushions, headgear, tubing and filters ship without a prescription. Only the CPAP or BiPAP machine itself requires one.

How do I pick the frame size and the cushion size?

They’re independent. Frame size follows the size of your head; cushion size follows the width of your nose and mouth. They don’t have to match — and if you’re not sure, the Starter Pack gives you all the cushions with a Standard frame.

F30 or F30i?

Same cushion, different hose. The F30’s tube connects at the front; the F30i’s connects at the top of your head. If you sleep on your side or move a lot, the F30i is worth the difference.

How do I know I need a full face mask?

The usual signs are waking with a dry mouth, air escaping through your lips at night, or chronic nasal congestion. If you breathe through your mouth while you sleep, a nasal mask leaks the pressure straight out — a full face mask doesn’t.

Will it work with my CPAP?

Yes, if your machine uses the standard 22 mm hose connection — which nearly all do. The exception is the AirMini, which requires its own setup pack. Call us if that’s your machine.

It leaks. What do I do first?

Loosen the headgear, don’t tighten it — over-tightening deforms the cushion and makes leaks worse. Reseat it with the machine running, and if it still leaks, try the next size. Still stuck? Call us.
