An oral-nasal mask covers nose and mouth like a full face, but with far less on your face — the tube runs over the top of your head instead of down the front. It suits mouth breathers who find a traditional full face mask too bulky.

Will it fit my machine?

Standard connection — no adapter, no proprietary parts.

The AirFit X30i uses the universal 22 mm hose connection, so it works with standard CPAP and BiPAP machines. The one exception across our whole mask range is the AirMini, which needs its own mask-family setup pack — if that’s your machine, call us before you order.

Genuine original equipment — and no prescription needed

This is genuine original equipment — not a copy and not a compatible-brand cushion. Masks, cushions, headgear and tubing don’t require a prescription in the U.S. — only the CPAP or BiPAP machine does. A copy cushion never seals like the original, and on a mask, sealing is the entire job.

Do I need a prescription for this mask?

No. Masks, cushions, headgear, tubing and filters ship without a prescription. Only the CPAP or BiPAP machine itself requires one.

Who is this mask actually for?

People who need full-face coverage because they breathe through their mouth, but who find a traditional full-face mask too big, too hot or too claustrophobic. It’s the smallest way to cover both.

How do I pick the frame and cushion size?

The frame size and the cushion size are separate choices, and they don’t have to match. Pick the option on this page that matches what you were fitted for — and if you’re not sure, call us before you order rather than after.

The clips are magnetic — does that matter?

The manufacturer advises against magnetic headgear clips if you or anyone sharing your bed has an implanted medical device — pacemaker, defibrillator, shunt, cochlear implant or metallic implant. If that applies, tell us and we’ll point you to a magnet-free mask instead.

Is this the same as a full face mask?

It does the same job — it covers nose and mouth so mouth breathing doesn’t break your therapy — with much less hardware on your face and the hose routed over the top of your head.

Will it work with my CPAP?

Yes, if your machine uses the standard 22 mm hose connection — which nearly all do. The exception is the AirMini, which requires its own setup pack. Call us if that’s your machine.

It leaks. What do I do first?

Loosen the headgear, don’t tighten it — over-tightening deforms the cushion and makes leaks worse. Reseat it with the machine running, and if it still leaks, try the next size. Still stuck? Call us.
