Everything your Rove 6 needs for a year — in one box
Instead of tracking down and ordering four separate parts, the Rove 6 Annual Maintenance Kit puts a full year of maintenance in a single box — the right particle filter, intake filters, output filter, and sieve columns, all genuine Inogen and matched to your model, with a simple schedule for when to change each one.
Genuine Inogen replacement parts. Free U.S. shipping over $99.Why the kit
Four genuine Inogen parts — particle filter, intake filters, output filter, and sieve columns — matched to the Rove 6 and packed together, so you’re set for a full year of maintenance without hunting down part numbers.
On the Rove 6 the output filter is built into the cannula barb and changes just once a year — not every month like the G5. Fewer parts, fewer steps, the same clean therapy.
Change the annual output filter with the wrench included in the kit — a couple of minutes, no technician and no service visit. Clear steps come in the box.
What’s in the kit
Four genuine Inogen parts, chosen for the Rove 6’s maintenance year.
| Component | Part # | Qty | What it does | Sold separately |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Particle filter (2-pack) | RP-501 | 1 | Blocks dust and particles at the air intake | $25 |
| Intake filters | SP-804 | 3 | Clean airflow at the inlet — one per quarter | $78 |
| Cannula barb with integrated output filter + spanner wrench | RP-506 | 1 | Connects your cannula and filters the oxygen you breathe — the output filter is built in, changed once a year | $28 |
| Replacement column pair (sieve beds) | RP-502 | 1 | Restores oxygen purity and efficiency | $118 |
Your Rove 6 maintenance schedule
When each part gets attention across the year. The wider the bar, the more often you do it.
| When | What to do | Part # |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Clean the particle filter | RP-501 — rinse with mild soap, dry |
| Every 3 months | Swap the intake filter | SP-804 — three included covers the year |
| Once a year | Change the output filter (in the barb) | RP-506 RP-506 — swap the cannula barb; the output filter is built in |
| When the unit alerts (~1–2 yrs) | Replace the sieve columns | RP-502 — timing depends on your use |
Simpler than the G5: on the Rove 6 the output filter is built into the cannula barb and changes just once a year — on the G5 it’s a separate filter you change every month. Fewer parts, fewer steps, the same clean therapy.

Built for the Inogen Rove 6. A couple of parts also fit the Inogen One G5, but the G5 uses a separate output filter changed every month, so it has its own dedicated maintenance kit — call us and we’ll point you to the right one.
How to change the annual output filter
Do it yourself in a couple of minutes
The output filter lives inside the cannula barb, so changing it is one simple swap — no technician, no service visit. The spanner wrench comes in the kit.
- Using the included spanner wrench, unscrew and remove the old cannula barb.
- Screw in the new RP-506 barb — the fresh output filter is already built in.
- Tighten firmly by hand, then snug it with the wrench. That’s it for the year.
Suitable for older adults and caregivers — if you’d like a hand, just call us.
Why keep your Rove 6 maintained
Fresh filters and columns keep your Rove 6 running strong for years instead of straining a tired filter.
The intake, output, and sieve parts all protect the purity of the oxygen you actually breathe.
No guessing which part to order or placing four separate orders — the whole year is in one box, with the schedule.
Genuine Inogen parts, matched to your model, so upkeep is one less thing to track.

Why genuine Inogen parts matter
Every part is a genuine Inogen replacement, made to spec for the Rove 6 — the correct fit and filtration, not a generic guess. Real filters and real sieve columns keep your concentrator delivering clean, prescription-grade oxygen.
Compatibility & the G5 kit
This kit is assembled for the Inogen Rove 6. The intake filters (SP-804) and sieve columns (RP-502) are shared with the Inogen One G5, while the particle filter (RP-501) and the cannula barb with integrated output filter (RP-506) are Rove 6 specific. The G5 changes its output filter monthly, so it has its own dedicated kit — ask us and we’ll match you to it.
