What’s in this kit — part by part
Five genuine Inogen One G4 parts that keep your concentrator clean and running, plus one optional part you add only when you need it. Each one, what it does, and how often to change it.
Replacement column pair (sieve beds)
The heart of oxygen production — restores oxygen purity and efficiency. Included in the kit; remove it above for a routine filter-only refresh.
Intake filter assembly
Keeps ambient dust and debris out at the air entry and preserves clean airflow into your G4.
Particle filters (pair)
Capture airborne particles in daily use. Washable with mild soap and water — air-dry fully.
Output filters (10-pack)
Final, clean filtration before the oxygen reaches your cannula — a 10-month supply.
Cannula barb
Secure nozzle that keeps your cannula connection sealed and leak-free.
Output filter removal tool
Safely removes the barb so you can access and swap the output filter beneath it. Optional add-on for at-home service.
Quantities are tailored for a full year of standard use. Heavy users or travelers may want to add extra RP-410 output filters.
Your G4 maintenance calendar
A simple at-home routine keeps oxygen delivery consistent and prevents surprise downtime. Here’s what to do — and when.
Tip: set calendar reminders — the 1st of each month (RP-410), every 3 months (SP-704) and once a year (RP-406).
Made for the Inogen One G4 only — not the G5, G3 or Rove 6, which use their own model-specific kits.
How to change the output filter & barb
A five-minute job you can do at home with the output-filter tool (RP-404) — add it to your kit above if you don’t already have one.
- Power off the G4 and disconnect it from power.
- Use the RP-404 tool to gently remove the output filter barb.
- Pull the old RP-410 output filter straight out and discard it.
- Insert a new RP-410, seated fully and flush.
- Reinstall the barb securely and check for a snug fit.
- Power on, then confirm normal airflow with no leaks.
Planned upkeep like this protects oxygen purity, prevents surprise interruptions and is simple enough for a caregiver to handle — everything in one kit instead of chasing parts one at a time.

Frequently asked questions
What’s included in the Inogen One G4 Annual Maintenance Kit?
The kit bundles the genuine Inogen One G4 parts your concentrator needs for a year: the sieve-bed column pair (RP-406), three intake filters (SP-704), particle filters (RP-405), output filters (RP-410) and the cannula barb (SP-711). You can also add the optional output-filter tool (RP-404) if you’ll do the swaps yourself.
Do I need the sieve beds (column pair)?
The column pair is included in the kit because it’s the part that keeps oxygen purity up, and your G4 shows a column-replacement alert when it’s time — under normal use many people replace it once a year. If you only need a routine filter refresh, you can remove it above and the total updates automatically.
Are these genuine Inogen parts?
Yes. Every part in this kit is a genuine Inogen One G4 replacement part — not a generic look-alike.
Can I wash the particle filters (RP-405)?
Yes. Wash them monthly with mild soap and water, then air-dry them completely. Replace them at about 6 months, or sooner if they’re damaged.
Are the RP-410 output filters used on other Inogen models?
The RP-410 output filter is used across several Inogen models, but this kit is curated specifically for the G4. Always follow your device manual.
Will it fit my Inogen One G4?
These parts are made for the Inogen One G4. If you have a different model (for example an Inogen One G5 or Rove), call us and we’ll point you to the right kit.
Do I need a prescription to buy this?
No. Maintenance parts and filters are sold without a prescription. (The concentrator itself does require one.)
How fast does it ship, and can I buy without insurance?
Yes — this is a cash-pay purchase, no insurance required. Orders ship from Doral, FL, with free U.S. shipping over $99.
