The Luna G3 Heated Tubing — warm air all the way to your mask, and far less water in the hose
The heated upgrade for the Luna G3 Auto CPAP and the Luna G3 25A BPAP. A heating wire runs the length of the tube and keeps the humidified air warm on its way to your mask, so the moisture from your humidifier doesn’t turn back into water inside the hose overnight — what CPAP users call rainout.

Why heated tubing
Rainout is the water that condenses inside a cool tube and ends up gurgling toward your face. React Health designed this tube to reduce or eliminate it: the heating wire keeps the air warm along all 6 feet, so the moisture stays in the air instead of collecting as droplets.
Plug it in and the tube icon on the main screen turns into a number, and a Heated Tubing setting appears in the menu. Turn the knob to choose the level: Off, Auto or 1–5 on the Luna G3 Auto CPAP, Off or 1–5 on the Luna G3 25A BPAP.
The air end fits the machine’s standard 22 mm outlet, and a separate power plug goes into the heated-tubing port on the back. The Luna powers it (24 V, 18 W) — no extra power supply, no wall outlet.
⚠ Check this before you order
This tube is made for one family of machines.
This is not a universal heated hose. React Health says to connect it only to its own machines, and it is made for the Luna G3 series: the Luna G3 Auto CPAP (LG3600) and the Luna G3 25A BPAP (LG3700) we sell, plus the Luna G3 CPAP (LG3500), the Luna G3 BPAP 30VT and the G3 X APAP, which React Health also lists for it. For the older Luna II, React Health lists a different heated tube. Look at the model name printed on your machine, and if you’re not sure, call us before you order.
One difference between the two machines we sell: the Auto heat level exists only on the Luna G3 Auto CPAP. On the Luna G3 25A BPAP you choose Off or a level from 1 to 5.
Who notices the difference most
If either of these sounds like your nights, this is the part.
Cool rooms make rainout worse: the colder the air around the hose, the sooner the humidified air inside it reaches its dew point. If you sleep with the air conditioning on — which in Florida is most of the year — this is the usual fix. It’s built for cool rooms, not hot ones: read the two room limits just below.
Use it safely — straight from the manual
A heated tube is an electrical part carrying warm air to your face. These are React Health’s rules for it.
- Never cover the tube — no blankets, sheets, or fabric or plastic tube covers, and keep it away from an electric blanket. Covering it can overheat the air.
- Room above 86 °F (30 °C)? Turn the tube’s heat off by unplugging its power connector.
- Room humidity above 80%? Don’t use the heated tube.
- Always with the humidifier — on the Luna G3 it’s built in — and only with air flowing.
- Adults only, one patient.
- Check it before each use for holes, kinks, cuts or exposed wire. If it’s damaged, replace it — don’t repair it.
- Connect and disconnect it by the cuff, never by pulling the hose.
- Don’t leave spare hose piled up at the head of the bed.

What’s included
- Luna G3 Integrated Heated Tubing (item LG3HT, model LH1) — 6 ft heated hose with its power connector

Authorized React Health dealer — genuine part
American Oxygen is an authorized React Health dealer. This is the genuine React Health heated tube for the Luna G3, not a compatible copy. On a heated tube that matters: the Luna only shows its Heated Tubing setting once the tube is connected, and React Health says to use this tube with React Health machines only.
Cleaning and replacement
Clean it every day, by hand, with the tube unplugged. The power connector must never get wet. No dishwasher. Let it air-dry completely, and never reconnect it to the machine while it’s still damp. For the washing solution and rinse steps, follow React Health’s user manual for the tube.
Replace it every 6 months from first use, per the manufacturer’s manual — sooner if you find any damage.
