Is this the right machine for you?
The Transcend Micro is a fixed-pressure travel CPAP — one of the smallest ever made. It holds the single pressure your doctor prescribed, in something that fits in a jacket pocket.
Traveling soon and not sure it’s the right one? Call (786) 755-8063 before you order — it takes two minutes.
One of the smallest CPAP machines made, from React Health — a brand we are an authorized dealer for. Fixed pressure, a WhisperSoft muffler to keep it quiet next to you, and it takes the standard CPAP masks you already own. No water to fill, nothing to dry before you pack. $765, prescription required.

Frequently asked questions
Will my current mask work with it?
Yes — it uses standard CPAP masks, so the one you sleep with at home should connect straight to it. If you’re unsure about your model, tell us which mask you have and we’ll confirm.
Is it automatic or a fixed pressure?
Fixed pressure. It holds the single pressure your doctor prescribed. If your prescription shows a range instead, look at the Luna TravelPAP.
Does it have a humidifier?
No, and for travel that’s usually the point — no tank to fill, no water to empty before a flight, nothing to dry before packing. If dry air bothers you, a heat-moisture exchanger helps.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes — a CPAP is a prescription medical device. Have your prescription ready and follow the settings your doctor ordered. We help with setup, but the therapy is directed by your clinician.
Does it come with a mask?
No — masks are personal and sold separately. Add a compatible mask here and take 10% off that mask, or buy the machine on its own and pick a mask later.
Can I use it as my only machine?
You can, but most people keep it as their travel machine. Without humidification, nightly use can leave your nose and throat dry. Talk to your clinician about what suits you.
Ready to travel with the Transcend Micro?
Add a mask at 10% off, or take the machine on its own. We set it to your prescribed pressure before it ships.
