O2 Concepts Oxlife Independence AC power supply
Official wall power adapter for Oxlife Independence — powers the device and charges the batteries
Keep your Oxlife Independence® ready wherever you plug in. This official AC power supply connects your concentrator to a standard wall outlet, providing stable power for therapy and charging the internal battery packs at the same time. It’s engineered for global voltage (100–240 V) and includes a North America (USA) power cord. For international outlets, simply use the appropriate plug adapter.
Note: This AC adapter does not charge batteries off-device. It powers the concentrator and charges batteries installed in the unit. For tabletop/off-device charging, use the compatible external battery charger (sold separately).

How to Use (quick steps)
-
Turn off the concentrator (recommended for fastest initial charge).
-
Plug the AC cord into the power supply, then into a wall outlet (not a dimmer/switch outlet).
-
Connect the DC plug from the power supply to the concentrator’s AC/DC port.
-
Power on the device. It will run from wall power and charge the installed batteries.
-
Keep the power brick on a hard, ventilated surface, away from heat and moisture.
Care & Safety Tips
-
Use only OEM or manufacturer-approved power supplies.
-
Do not cover the power brick; allow airflow to prevent heat buildup.
-
Avoid extension cords/power strips that are not rated for medical devices.
-
For international travel, use a plug adapter (voltage conversion is not required).
-
If the supply or cord is damaged, discontinue use and replace.
Troubleshooting
-
Device doesn’t power on from AC: Check wall outlet, cord seating at both ends, and try a different outlet.
-
Charging seems slow: Charging speed varies with battery age, temperature, and whether the device is running at higher flow.
-
Adapter feels warm: Mild warmth is normal; excessive heat or odor—unplug and contact support.
FAQs
