FAQs
1) Is this the same as the internal bacteria/HEPA filter?
No. This is the external inlet filter users can service themselves. Internal filters are serviced per manufacturer protocols.
2) Can I wash and reuse these filters?
Yes—rinse and fully air-dry. Replace if torn, deformed, or discolored.
3) How often should I change the inlet filter?
About every 2–3 months under normal conditions; monthly in dusty environments.
4) Can I run the POC without the inlet filter installed?
No. Operating without a filter can allow debris inside and may void warranty.
5) Do I need a prescription to buy this pack?
No. It’s an accessory.
