Drive iGo2 Sieve Bed Replacement – Essential Maintenance for Optimal Oxygen Therapy
The Drive iGo2 Sieve Bed Replacement is a key component for ensuring the longevity and efficiency of your iGo2 Portable Oxygen Concentrator. Over time, sieve beds may degrade, reducing the concentrator’s ability to produce high-purity oxygen. By replacing the sieve beds, you ensure the device continues to perform at its best, offering the oxygen therapy you rely on.
Why You Need to Replace the Sieve Beds
Sieve beds are responsible for separating nitrogen from the air to provide pure oxygen. As they degrade, the oxygen purity output can drop, affecting your health and well-being. Regularly replacing these components ensures your oxygen concentrator functions effectively, delivering consistent and reliable oxygen flow.
How to Replace Drive iGo2 Sieve Beds
Replacing the sieve beds in your iGo2 is a straightforward process. Follow these steps for seamless replacement:

- Strip and discard the original sieve beds and the two accumulator rings located at the top and bottom of each sieve bed
NOTE: O-Rings may remain on the valve and/or manifold.
- Uncap the new sieve beds and install new bottom O-Rings (small) on the accumulator tank and top O-Rings (large) on the sieve bed module.
- Place sieve beds and accumulator tank back into their original positions
- Install new O-Rings on the valve and accumulator.
- Ensure that no wires or hoses are in the way and carefully reinstall the sieve bed module cover
