How to Replace Drive iGo2 Sieve Beds

Replacing the sieve beds in your iGo2 is a straightforward process. Follow these steps for seamless replacement:

TO REPLACE SIEVE BEDS:

CAUTION:

• Always work in an ESD (electrostatic discharge) safe environment when assembling or disassembling this device.

1. Ensure that all power is removed from the unit, including the battery.
2. Lay the unit on its side with the USB port facing upward.
3. Using a Torx T-10 screwdriver, remove six screws from the side case and remove the case cover from the unit.
4. Carefully lift the side case cover and lay it alongside the base of the unit
5. Using a T-10 Torx screwdriver, loosen the two screws at the top of the accumulator tank and two at the base of the sieve bed module
6. Lift the module up several centimeters to expose the air inlet valve and manifold of the sieve bed module.
7. Strip and discard the original sieve beds and the two accumulator rings located at the top and bottom of each sieve bed

NOTE: O-Rings may remain on the valve and/or manifold.

8. Uncap the new sieve beds and install new bottom O-Rings (small) on the accumulator tank and top O-Rings (large) on the sieve bed module.
9. Place sieve beds and accumulator tank back into their original positions
10. Install new O-Rings on the valve and accumulator.
11. Ensure that no wires or hoses are in the way and carefully reinstall the sieve bed module cover
